Shi Kon - Promoting health and education through the martial arts for over 30 years

For over 30 years Shi Kon have been servicing the community in the UK and across Europe with instruction in Karate, Tai Chi, Qigong, Self Defence and Arrest and Restraint procedures.  We are also able to offer services in Shiatsu and Reiki healing.

Shi Kon have also given talks, lectures and hosted workshops for many leading accedemic, atheletic and professional groups within both the private and public sectors on health and fitness, eastern philosophy, awareness and meditation, stress prevention and the many other diverse subjects and life skills that are encompassed by the martial arts.  Over the years of we have helped many clients design tailored programs that have improved the health, wellbeing and productivity on their staff, students and members.
