Our Tai Chi System

We teach the Yang style Tai Chi system and our syllabus is designed for anyone of any age, we use the most modern coaching methods to interpret and teach the ancient arcane knowledge of the Chinese.

The curriculum includes:

  • Nei Gong – meditation and standing exericses
  • Qigong (Chi Kung) – Body energy yogic style exercises
  • Form
  • Pushing Hands
  • Applications
  • Weapons

The Shi Kon Tai Chi system is taught within schools, hospitals, workplaces and community groups as well at club location.
