The standard Yang Style 'Yang Chen Fu' 'long' or '108' form as
taught by Steve Rowe performed flawlessly by Honbu Centre Manager Adam
Lawrie. Each part of the form is filmed from a direction that catches
all of the movement, the techniques are given their English names in
writing on the screen before the sequence and Steve Rowe filmed and
edited the whole thing to make sure it was up to the Shi Kon standard.
The haunting music was written and performed by Amida corporation and
the design of the sleeve and menu by Stuart Parsons. A must have for
anyone who practises this form
